Team Intermarché-Wanty is currently a UCI WorldTeam. Founded in Belgium in 1974, the team has helped countless amateur riders pave their way to professionalism over the past 50 years. In 2020, it received certification from the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), and after competing for 10 seasons as a UCI ProTeam (second division), it officially became a UCI WorldTeam (first division) starting in the 2021 season.
The team's inaugural World Tour season was completed by 29 riders representing 10 different countries, comprising both highly experienced competitors and talented young prospects. They achieved unprecedented success in their first World Tour year—most notably in the Vuelta a España, one of the world's three Grand Tours, where Team Intermarché-Circus-Wanty not only claimed a stage victory but also successfully held the leader's jersey for 9 days during the race.
In February 2023, the team topped the world rankings for the first time. The team's goals and its fighting spirit on the global competitive stage perfectly reflect the brand values that Bryton aims to deliver to cyclists through continuously refined products. Furthermore, the professional feedback received from Intermarché-Wanty and other professional teams continues to assist us in driving forward our product research and development.
