Bryton Racing Team was established in March 2021 by Bryton Inc., with its headquarters located in Taiwan. This team brings together top riders from across the nation, including lead riders Lu Shao-hsuan, Wu Zhi-hao, and Hung Kun-hung, alongside the new generation of talent, Wan Da-zhong, Gong Yu-zhe, and Li Ya-lun. In its inaugural year, the team clinched numerous championship titles in events such as the Yangmingshan King of the Mountains, Tour de East Coast, Neverstop-TATAKA, KENDA Wuling Cup, and Taipingshan King of the Mountains.
Announcing Entry into the Japanese J Pro Tour In 2022, Bryton Racing Team officially announced its entry into the J Pro Tour (JPT), the highest-level league of the Japan Bicyclist Club Federation (JBCF), becoming the first foreign registered team to do so. The team was also invited to participate in the Mt. Fuji Hill Climb, marking its first step into the international racing scene, with major Japanese events as its primary targets.
Actively Participating in Domestic and International Races The year 2023 marked the largest roster and busiest racing calendar for Bryton Racing Team since its founding. The team participated in approximately 25 domestic and international races, securing over 20 podium finishes, with nearly 10 of them being championship victories. On the international stage, the team traveled to compete in Japan, China, Indonesia, and other regions. Most notably, they made their debut in a UCI event at the Tour of Poyang Lake. Team captain Lu Shao-hsuan lived up to expectations in subsequent stages, winning the Greater China Pink Jersey and achieving an impressive 9th place in the individual standings.
Assisting in Product Testing and Promotion Bryton Racing Team actively assists partner companies with product testing and promotion, which includes providing data, sharing on social media, and collaborating on both online and offline events. They are dedicated to utilizing their professional expertise and popularity to aid the development, promotion, and popularization of brands and the sport of cycling. Bryton Racing Team aims to become Taiwan's most successful cycling team, while also hoping to serve as ambassadors for the sport, fostering international exchanges and inspiring rising talent to contribute to the development of cycling.
